 RZ’s SuperMUC-NG Phase 2 and the upcoming new partition of the Linux Clu
 ster CM4 are heterogeneous systems comprising both CPUs and GPUs. This het
 erogeneity makes it difficult to identify and challenging to fix coding er
 rors in user applications that utilise both types of computing resources.
