 transport to/from the airport & course venue and must be paid after the se

 \n \n\nThe annual flagship event provides a comprehensive combination of 
 lectures and tutorial sessions on biomolecular modeling and simulations us
 ing modern applications and tools. The School has been run very successful
 ly multiple times between 2018 and 2025 and as per tradition it will take 
 place in Sardinia\, Italy as an on-site event and will supported by Sardeg
 na Ricerche.\n\nTarget audience and prerequisites\n\nThe BioExcel School i
 s intended primarily for PhD and post-doctoral researchers using or planni
 ng to use biomolecular modeling and simulation in their everyday research.
 \nFamiliarity with Linux and basic knowledge of molecular modelling softwa
 re is a requirement.\nWe can only accept participants from EuroHPC Joint U
 ndertaking member institutions (excluding the UK).\nWe highly encourage ap
 plications from industrial entities\, women and underrepresented groups.\n
 \nContent\nThe summer school will include lectures and hands-on sessions o
 n the following topics (subject to change):\n\nMolecular dynamics simulati
 ons\nBiomolecular docking\nFree energy calculations\nAdvanced sampling met
 hods\nBioExcel Building Blocks (BioBB)\n\nThe summer school will include l
 ectures on the following topics (subject to change):\n\nQuantum mechanics/
 molecular mechanics (QM/MM)\nMachine learning\n\nDuring the hands-on pract
 icals you will learn how to use the BioExcel flagship software: GROMACS\, 
 HADDOCK\, PMX and BioBB. The trainers\, developers and experts will provid
 e guidance and support in using the software.\nThe School is also a great 
 opportunity to discuss your own research and build your professional netwo
 rk with other participants. There will be a poster session and prizes for
