DESCRIPTION:This course is dedicated to scientists and students to learn (
 sequential) programming of scientific applications with Fortran. The cours
 e teaches the newest Fortran standards\, illustrated during hands-on sessi
 ons which will allow users to immediately test and understand the language
  constructs. The course is taught by Uwe Küster\, one of the main experts
  in Germany on the Fortran Standard\, who will share with the participants
  his vast repertoire of exercises and examples.\nThis workshop provides sc
 ientific training in Computational Science from beginners' to advanced lev
 el\, and in addition\, the scientific exchange of the participants among t
