DESCRIPTION:This hands-on workshop aims to equip participants with the kno
 wledge needed to use the Komondor supercomputer independently and efficien
 tly. We will cover access options\, the hardware environment\, compute and
  storage quotas\, and data transfer methods. We will introduce environment
  modules\, the available compilers\, building software from source\, EasyB
 uild\, and running jobs using the SLURM scheduler. We will also discuss et
 iquette for using shared resources\, working with Python\, building and ru
 nning containers\, and accessing Jupyter notebooks. In the final session\,
  practical examples will demonstrate how to compile and run multithreaded 
 (OpenMP)\, multiprocess (MPI)\, and GPU-accelerated (CUDA) programs. Each 
 session will include time for questions and discussion.The workshop is int
 ended for advanced users with a solid IT background\, experience using Lin
 ux\, and possibly prior experience with HPC systems\, who would like to co
 mplement their study of the documentation by exploring Komondor’s specif
 ic features and capabilities through practical examples with instructor su
